DANCE WITHDRAWAL

We understand that sometimes things come up or schedules change making it where a dancer cannot continue with a specific class or classes . We would love to help on our end if there is anything we can do with regards to switching days or times of class enrollment to make schedules work. Our goal is for our dancers to finish out the dance season so that they get the full experience of a dance year but should this not work out we want to make our withdrawal process easy for you.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Students can withdraw at any time prior to the 20th of each month to avoid being charged the next month's tuition.
Once the student withdrawal form has been submitted, the student will still be allowed to attend any remaining classes that have been paid in full for that remaining month.
For example, any student with a billing date of the 1st can submit a withdrawal form at any time prior to the 20th of that month to avoid future billing of the following month.
There are no refunds or credits for any classes a student chooses to not attend following the successful submission of the student withdrawal form.

WITHDRAWALS NEAR HOLIDAY BREAKS/STUDIO CLOSURES

There are no refunds or prorated months offered for classes that fall on holiday breaks.
If your withdrawal falls near a holiday break or closure, your student is only
eligible for classes outside of that holiday break or closure.
Please note: Submitting this form will completely withdrawAL your student(s) from enrollment of the class listed. If the dancer will just be missing one or two classes please call the studio 615-377-7955 or email dcdancefactory1@gmail.com to let us know.
